False advertisement showed nice clean rooms,just the opposite dark dirty rooms and hall way smelled like smoke rooms smelled of cigarette smoke carpet was all tore up ,just overall it was gross and disgusting, , walked in the room turned around and left,went to front desk and they refused to give me my money back,management would not even come out and talk to me,but they came out to smoke,so they ripped us off the money it cost for a 2 night stay...they should not call it a hotel,its a dirty motel ....

Bed was too hard and the property was out of shape, and outdated. Construction was such an inconvenience

Staff was great !! I had a poor experience with sketchy hotel guest….Somewhat sketchy area. Loud dog consistently barking from another guest room…

Main thing was the toilet did not work for the 1st night. Hotel was dirty, premises were dirty and overall it was not a good place to stay.

Literally drug addict standing around inside the lobby and the parking lot and like leaning over it smelled absolutely horrific inside the hotel… Our room had human hair all over the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. We were there for two hours and had to freaking leave because of the filth

The stairs were beyond filthy. The carpet in my room was filthy and torn in three places. The fluorescent lights were out in the bathroom- I mean not working - no light- the morning of my departure. The upholstered chair in the room was stained terribly. The sheets on the beds were white and looked very clean. NEVER AGAIN!

I like staying their put the shower in the room wasn’t working at all so I couldn’t take a shower and when I first checked in I was waiting in the lobby for like 10 minutes before anyone came out to check me in

Clean rooms and nice bedding. Lg bathtub and new microwave and fridge. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend to other people. 👌🐾👍🌻

Toilet did not flush properly. Sliding glass door was hard to open (bad rollers and bearings). Property is older and being renovated. Quiet and safe. Nice pool and patio area. Price is right and we would stay there again.

Construction, no ice, patio door did not lock, key cards never worked, no shut off notice when they turn water off 2 times while I was there.
