Harrison Lake Hotel

A very unique place to stay

The room was a bit warm without A/C but looks to be under renovation as well.

we had a room the room number was 211 we got in late in the afternoon. we checked in then went for a walk. we got back to the room and seen 2 flying ants no big deal. we went to sleep and got up in the morning to a room full of ants and flying ants. it was the worst infestation I have ever seen. I don't recommend this place. to top it off the manger got house keeping to clean up the ants

Ease of checking in. Comfortable bedding. Great location and price

Carpet is very shabby. Toilet is very low and using the shower was difficult- deep tub, hard to access, no grab bars to help

Location. Internet was available asap.

Nothing the property was very dirty and look like it was under construction. The tub was backing up the bathroom wasn’t very clean . The wasn’t clean properly and every was very trashed .. the bed wasn’t to bad .

Bonus parking and upgraded room to Lake view. Recognition of shorter stay n bill adjusted as such..

Location.

The hotel is overdue for a total renovation . The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. The bath tub tap dripped constantly UNLESs it was tightly shut . The wash basin was clogged and drained too slowly. When I reported it to the Front desk staff, I was told I just had to pour liquor into the wash basin to clear blockage! The hotel badly needs a hands on General manager , a good maintenance staff . Worst of all, when we went for breakfast , we were presented with a Take Out paper box filled with 2 muffins, 2 small pre cooked cheese omelettes 2 small fruit cups and 2 tubs of yoghurt and were expected to eat it either in our room or elsewhere but not in the hotel's Courtyard restaurant.
