Needs updating renovations

Front staff was kind and so helpful.

No air conditioning, but it was fine.

Absolutely horrid. Dirty bedding with blood stains and fluids on the other beds sheets. Stains on mattresses and chairs and floors. Even the chocolate from the vending machine was stale. Broken down things in the bedroom. Mold and mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Wallpaper tore off the walls hanging. When ac turned on, was foul air, like the ducts hadn't been cleaned. When went to ask for another room as we checked in late, the other room was not even finished being made up and was not clean either. I've stayed at many a hotel and this was was by far the worst. My friend has even more pictures than I took.

They didn't honour my reservation from Booking.com Even when I showed them my reservation and booking number, they said they didn't have a room for us.

It was close to the lake.

Was sad the bar/restaurant wasn't there anymore.

I did't like anything about the hotel ; it looked very neglected inside and there was no air conditioning.

Stayed at the Harrisson Lake Hotel over the long weekend and unfortunately would not recommend it. The hotel overall feels very neglected and poorly maintained. The carpets throughout the hotel were dirty and stained, including in our room. The corridor had missing baseboards, towels were rough and had holes in them, and even the duvet appeared dirty. We understand this is a more budget-friendly hotel, but we still expect basic cleanliness and upkeep. Overall, the property lacks care and did not meet even minimum expectations.
