My friend was nearly mugged by 15 people who was hiding at the side of the hotel there was someone on. Bottom floor letting people climb through the window then decided to start smashing banging at 7am then proceeded by throwing the content of the room out the window i paid for superior room with breakfast and was refused me saying i had to pay more money
