Staff disorganized, and not very well trained.

Friendly staff. Modern facilities. Very clean room.

The girl at the desk was nice. That's about the only nice thing I can say about this place.

This place is very old. There was no elevator. The bed looked like the sheets probably weren't changed in one of the beds. They were also very lumpy. It did have a new TV but I had to fix the settings from store feature. I guess they didn't know that. The room looked like a bad remodel. If it wasn't so late when we got there we would have switched to another hotel.

The front desk are is nice and welcoming.

It looks a little run down once you go around the corner

Dirty, old - worse hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. Since Booking.com represents such horrible properties I will not use your services again and will tell everyone I know about my experience with your site.

The location and the staff on site were good.

The grounds and building were lacking cleanliness and basic maintenance were lacking. The staff although kind and helpful were woefully lacking in basic knowledge. Unable to know what rooms were booked. Unable to know were adjoining rooms were located. The grounds were not maintained, trash in parking lot just kinda dirty. Basic maintenance not done such as exposed wires in outdoor overhead lights, crumbling bricks along walkway, and chipping paint on balcony.

The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was filthy.
