John Yancey Oceanfront Inn

I love that the property is family oriented, it's clean and the staff is super friendly. The complimentary breakfast is nice and has a good variety of options to choose from. The location is fantastic, convenient to a lot of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

The rooms in the four seasons building don't have anywhere to sit inside the room other than at the desk. It'd be nice if there was an accent chair and even a foot stool to sit in while watching TV instead of sitting on the beds.

How close we were to the beach.

Our room was a little bare and old but the beds were fine.

I loved that the property was handicap accessible. And somewhere to relax infront of the beach .

Nothing really

Great beach access, good parking, great location. Room was clean and didn't smell. Nice little wooden pirate ship near the parking lot for kids to play on with picnic tables nearby.

The hotel was adequate, but overpriced for the facilities and breakfast was disappointing. Hallways smelled like marijuana, although that isn't necessarily the hotel's fault.
