Ocean Parradise Hotel and Resort

Our first time at this hotel. We stay in Ocean Shores several times a year. The staff here are wonderful! Very nice and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, with a nice bed, couch, and nice sized tv. We will stay here anytime we come to Ocean Shores.

Close to the convention center, nice and clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. I will be back.

Not much in the way of a breakfast so we had to go to a restaurant both days for breakfast when I specifically booked a place to stay that had breakfast

Bed

Very dirty, horrible breakfast. They only serve waffles old apples and yogurt. Say full breakfast is summertime. The outside doors have key cards on them but if u look there no lock so anyone can come in probably use the pool for free if you park on that side of building and walk in. They wouldn't know. Let staff know about complaints didn't care so thats why I'm writing this. I deserve my money back. This place Catfish us. Nothing like the pictures should be illegal. Lie about breakfast, cleaning and the room forced upcharge for the ocean view I already booked but they gave me a ground floor. Then made me pay more. this place should be shut down. At least start with health department! Guy in breakfast area clearly doesn't care. We have stayed at many hotels here in ocean shores we try a new one each time, and this is BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL IN OCEAN SHORES! *I want my money back!*

Bed and location

Horrible breakfast, not clean at all, no decor, outdated room. Needs repairs, thick dust on night stand, no hot water on sink for bottles to make baby, old rusty heater, old couch. Toilet paper not replaced already used, inch of dust everywhere, hot water sucks. There are cheaper places with better value, dont stay here! They say full breakfast is only summer time. So they have only waffles and yogurt, old apples and watered down juice that sat out from night before. They didn't even bother to restock from day before I had to ask for stuff. One couple it was their honeymoon ruined. The pictures lie its nothing like it. Stay anywhere else. I would remove my review for a refund thats for sure. Very disappointed. (I have some horrible pics)
