Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was better than some other value places we stayed at in the past in ocean shores. The value was good in our opinion. Yes there is better facilities at other places but this was on point for the price, so no complaints at all.

The only thing we wished was that the breakfast was more than just waffles, bagels/ toast, and cereal. Again though for the price no complaints.

Worst breakfast, absolutely nothing except few bread slices, plastic cup for coffee, small cut doughnut. Don't say tht is continental. Better stop breakfast service.

Bed bugs, the bathroom was not clean there was hair from the last person that stayed there. The jacuzzi was dirty.

The staff, especially Kevin, went above and beyond my expectations. I forgot my Bluetooth speaker in our room. By the time I remembered, we were already too far to turn back to be able to catch our flight on time from Seattle to Detroit. I called the hotel asap, and the speaker had been turned in from housekeeping. Thank you!! Anyways, this speaker had traveled with me for the last 5 years, and the music that played through that speaker helped me through some pretty dark days and some pretty great days anyways, long story short. Kevin and team helped arrange a UPS pick up ( what a nightmare that was)Speaker was picked up and I tracked it up until it arrived at hub and the remarks said "box smashed and empty,sorter threw away!! Omg I could not believe it, i actually cried. UPS is impossible to talk to anyone to make a claim, because the sender had to make the claim which was done by Kevin or a woman i spoke with on the phone. This happened in August 2025. UPS has never followed up with me. I highly recommend this location for the honest employees and room with a view!! And hot tub!
