Bloomington Inn I-55 and I-74

The beds are ok. Dusty curtains. My son and I had itchy red eyes after minutes of turning air on. The bathroom is dated and not very clean. The tub has this rubber mat thats gross. Not a very nice hotel, needs some remodelling.

Wanted to stay at Hawthorn but it was expensive. Booked Econo nonsmoking and the room REAKED of smoke. Was given a new room, just slightly better.

Bathroom had mold, room had an unpleasant smell. Door had be pulled shut. Front desk clerk almost double charged me. Pool area was not clean. Jacuzzi was not operable

It was a very cold night in Central Illinois and the heater in my room did not work very well, and when it did it made a loud noise. I wish I would have had enough time to enjoy the indoor pool, it looked pretty good.

I just needed a room for work for one night however this room was dirty, the paint is flaking off in the shower, the mattress had to have been at least 10 years old and felt like it. There was an unpleasant smell coming from both the mattress and the pillows. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Run down. Jacuzzi not working, sauna not working. Waffle maker not working in the morning. Patches of capet cut out in the hallway. Generally neglected.

There was an under age drinking party next door me. The walls were paper thin, even with the TV blasting I could hear all the music, yelling, bottles clinking. The door didn't seal well so the cold air, along with the smoke from whatever these children were smoking came right in the room. After being called a "fu##ing cu#t" when they banged on my door, calling the front desk wasn't an option because the phone in the room didn't work!! And, the number listed online was to a fax machine. Horrible experience.

The room was dirty, no towels were there. We requested a hideaway bed before arriving and they told us that was fine. We get there, they don't even have hideaway beds!!! We decided to go swimming. The hot tub was out of service, the steam room door locked, the heat was not on in the pool area, and the pool was freezing! It was too cold to swim at all. TV was straight static. Aweful, aweful, aweful!!!

Clean older hotel - Friendly staff - well worth the price
