nothing to like when you have rude staff.

I didnt even had the chance to check in , I called the hotel to check if they would do it a late check in, and someone in the office said yes. I booked through booking.com, and then I called again because we supposed to arrive a little later siince we're stucked in NYC traffic, for my surprise when I called again, a extremely rude staff person who answered the phone told me I couldn't check in at that time, was 01:30 AM. Tried to contact book, book told me thy contacted the hotel, but it was not reachable, called the hotel again, they told me booking never called them. It was a he said, she said and I was just exhausted of driving for hours, just looking for a place to sleep. So I was unable to go to this hotel even paid in full already, and had to find another hotel in NJ at 2am. dont recommend, and for the rudest person who was at the front desk on 10/10/2025 at 1:30am: I really hope you learn how to deal with people, costumer service require a minimum of respect and empathy for the other person.

The location was perfect for where I needed to be

The walls are thin so you heard a lot of noise.

Staff is amazing

Room was very clean, staff was very polite. The sitting area in the front is very nice

Building is under construction so there was alot tore apart around and in building.
