The staff is really nice

Breakfast was not good. My kids said the waffles tasted like rubber

Food was good.

I couldn't stay longer.

There was a cockroach as soon as I got in my room. I ran out to change the room

Dirty. Roaches in multiple rooms- had to be moved twice at 2am due to many roaches in my room. Ceiling was under construction in hallways and were obviously hazardous.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable Staff was friendly and helpful.

You can hear all the conversations from the next room, so there is no privacy. The morning staff at reception was very rude to the customer. Breakfast was not at all worth the high price.

The hallway ceiling is under construction and on the website didn’t mention it, tub had a ring around it, room desk was wobbly, on the morning of check out there was a roach in the bathroom. Staff: rude male desk clerk arguing with customer and bcz she didn’t stay quiet he says she was disrespectful and black listed us from the hotel and are not allowed to extend our stay and to come back. Also after 9pm the smoke alarm goes off and we were told we had to evacuate until the fire department checked it out and that it was safe to go in. When it was safe to go in we over heard the fire dept tell the front desk that a hit plate in the rooms is a big no and to find out it was a staff member’s room that was using it and caused the smoke alarm to go off. When I questioned the front desk man about the smoke alarm he lies and says that it was a smoke alarm mishap and it won’t be going off again. But he didn’t know I knew about the hot plate being used by staff in room. F. Breakfast: ok, plain!
