Under remodeling, quit dirty in the temp lobby

Insanely loud plumbing noises. Any time another room ran the sink or shower? Not sure which - a loud groaning whining noise could be heard in our room. The one real “product” a hotel should deliver is a good night’s sleep - or as good as reasonably possible. Avoid this hotel. I don’t know if it sounds like this in all the rooms but I certainly will never take the risk of staying here again.

After check out and after a good rating had been given the hotel charged me 250 dollars for smoking policy violation. No smoking ever occurred in the room and they sent a picture of an unlit cigarette butt which could have come from anywhere I need to know training staff received ppm of smoke allegedly detected and want my money back I also thought the rate I had was 90 but was charged 115 will continue to dispute there smoking claim and have alerted my card issuser as well
