Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sandy - South Salt Lake City by IHG

The staff was great and the room itself was good.

I was disappointed with the breakfast not much selction and I guess they were remodling so it was not great.

The customer service was ok. They were friendly.

The picture of the room did not match the room. It was under construction, so the food area to sit in was closed.

The place was close to where we needed to go. The staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was, for the most part clean. What wasn't clean was quickly remedied by staff.

The place was in need of repair. The breakfast area was being remodeled, though inconvenient, we totally understood and felt it needed to be done. The room was mostly great, though we had to ask to have sheets replaced due to being dirty. The pool area had rubberized paint over the tiles. However, the paint was peeling off in large chunks all over the pool area. The hallways also looked pretty run down and in need of updating.

Good location

Very noisy! Not only outside noise, but hallway noises, water tank noise, walls must be paper thin!! Hard beds, horrible pillows, thin towels
