Property was nice .Room had a dehumidifier in it which we had to empty at least a couple of times a day never stayed in a place where you needed to do that. People and staff were very friendly

It was disappointing that we were told that we cannot bring a cooler onto the beach. However, Fort Myers Beach does allowed coolers and we just had a very small cooler.

Clean room with a beautiful beachfront view. Property was under some construction but did not interefere with our stay. Would like to have seen the sun deck which was being renovated. Air conditioning unit in room was loud but it kept the room cool. Reasonable rates for mid week in Sept!

All in all, an enjoyable stay. Bars played loud music long into the night making it impossible to just enjoy the ocean from the balcony. Despite requesting, maid service was sporadic or one occasion non-existent. Grace's dining staff was excellent and attentive. Best happy hour at the beach!

Love the property, parking not so much.

Room was nice but limited room amenities. No usb charging ports, shower soap never got refilled, in room coffee maker but only 1 cup. Just minor details. Wrist band key entry was very convenient. Staff were very friendly. 2 of the hotel restaurants were not open. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas because the private business that rents them charges $30 cash only regardless of what time you rent them. The pool area does not allow any food or beverages and the deck area is very small.

Resturant on site has excellent food, pricing, and service both breakfast and dinner. Property is noisy due to construction and rebuilding of FMB which is to be expected from past hurricane damage. Lots of progress and many things to do in the area. Younger crowd so lots of partying and drinking if that is your thing. Music DJ and live artist. Bring your own chair off-site rental company charges $$$ for 2 chairs and umbrella. $20 daily parking rate from quest which we were not aware of however everyone pays for beach parking in the area. Overall a good weekend stay we just prefer a quiet relaxing trip but we are seniors. We would have been right in with the crowd in our 20's lol 😉 Thanks for the memories.
