Lani Kai Beachfront Resort

On the beach with a balcony facing the Gulf. Not crowded because it was off season. Friendly staff. Great rate!

The area is still recovering from hurricane Ian. Most places are still rebuilding. Lani Kai has come along way still has the fantastic beach nice rooms good food can't wait until the roof top bar and restaurant opens their getting close. Hopefully on our next stay. Our get-away

We were there for some much needed time away. The staff were amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. The dining was great and you can't beat that view while enjoying your meal. Again the staff was amazing! This was our first time in Ft. Myers Beach and we will definitely be back.

The only qualm I have is the main parking lot is TIGHT!! Everything else is phenomenal and we will be back. 💞

Once I got there they suprise you with hidden fees for everything. Maid service only cleaned my room once and that's because I requested service. Let me not start with the fact that they hit you with the parking fee? How am I paying for stay at a hotel if I have to pay for parking. It was a horrible experience.

Unfortunately, we could not spend any time on tje beach. The staff cleans the sand everyday, which caused high tide and rain to build up on the beach. We did not get on the beach at all because of flooding. The resort would not refund our 8 days we had remaining when we left early. There's no point in staying when the only reason for booking was the beach. I am very disappointed with the staff's comments and actions after an early departure. We will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

Hotel has been updated nicely since our last stay and as always, we love the closeness of the beach and walkable restaurants and shops. Lots of parking but would not let our son park on the hotel property (even though they had 20 spots available) and he had to park in a lone lot across the street. New humidifier in the room definitely removed water out of the air but had to be emptied about every 3 hours, including middle of the night when a nice little “full” alarm woke me up at 3 am. Small annoyance but otherwise a great stay. As always, we love the Lani Kai and will return again (maybe turn off the humidifier next time!)
