Lani Kai Beachfront Resort

The room was very clean and beautiful balcony view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly. There was a pretty dining room were we had a good breakfast. I wish they would had offered a small token (maybe a free drink or appetizer) when we let them know we were celebrating our anniversary. The music was a little loud at night but not too bad when we closed our balcony doors. The most negative item was that you had to pay $20 for parking even though you booked a room. I feel this should be included or at the very least be informed of this when booking.

Didn’t like people in/out slamming hotel doors late at night and early am. Dehumidifier too small for room had to dump 2x per day. Sun deck closed for construction,

Great location on the Gulf. Walking distance downtown. Amazing tacos downstairs steps from the beach!

We enjoyed it all so much. Being right on the beach was amazing.

Everything was so convenient and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Very loud hip hop music being played on the lower level we are not old crumps but by 8:30 we were ready to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves with an adult beverage called the desk and asked when the music would end they told us they cater to a younger crowd and they liked the music it may end around 9 .. music continued till 10:30 .. also low water pressure in shower will not stay again
