Quality Inn I-70 at Wanamaker

Good options for breakfast and it was very conveniently located. Candice the evening clerk was very nice, and even went to the extra effort to let us know when the family had left the pool/hot tub area so that we could enjoy the water in peace.

The shower actually had too much water pressure and the bottles of shampoo and conditioner couldn't be squeezed hard enough to get any out, especially when I was being pounded by the hot water! Room 107

Close to interstate & convenient to restaurants. Was able to get a room that faced away from interstate.

There was no heat, the shower head was broken so it sprayed all over the feeling and walls, there was no smoke detector, and there were stains on the bed.

Well the pool was in working condition & the hot tub. The breakfast was good. Candice was very nice and the guy with the dreads,and the lady on the day of check out 15th they were all very nice.

There was a man that was rude and yelled at the kids for screaming in the pool he told them we don't do that. We had 8 kids we were taking breakfast for them and he got on my oldest granddaughter 27 years old we had a couple of sick children. Then on the 14th my granddaughter cut her foot on glass that was in the pool!! So the fun didn't last.

Staff, Candace and other front desk staff were very helpful. Candace acknowledged the "hot tub" was cool at best. She then rectified the settings, and brought the tub up to 104°. She also came to my room to let me know the tub was available after 3 young men had monopolized the tub forcquite some time.

The only criticism I had was the cleanliness of the rug, and a broken door on the refrigerator which also needed to be defrosted (the freezer component). I travel with my Service Dog. It was clear when we arrived that he was aware of odors in the rig. Being well trained he did NOT "Mark territory" , but a less discipline animal might! I also noticed that when I walked in the room with socks on, the soles became noticeably dirty.

I had paid in advance, but upon arrival they demanded a $50 deposit. The room smelled like someone's pet had gone to the bathroom all over it. And I still have not received my deposit back.
