Denise the person who was in charge of maintenance was very helpful. She supported us with a request that was not related to the room.We also appreciated the continental breakfast,

The bed mattress was on top of a metal frame that when I bumped into it, made a loud thump sound. The walls were very thin and we heard all the noise from our neighbors.
