AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This hotel has a policy to oversell fully paid rooms and not meet their legal obligations to find alternative accommodation. They left us on the street at 1am 300 miles from home with nowhere to go.. They also REFUSED to compensate us for this despite having a legal obligation to do so, we are in the process of making a claim against them.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good location staff friendly

The location was ideal but I thought the price was high for the room and breakfast . We have had much better breakfasts at premier inns for alot less money . Holiday inns used to be much better than premier inns . Staff were very friendly parking was free but breakfast was big disappointment poor selection of cereals . Sliced bread for toast wasn’t particularly nice just passable and cooked breakfast was warm not hot and just bland but very appealing in general. Watermelon was lovely though . Coffee machine was really busy and off putting as people were coming through from the bar using the same machine
