"Parking Scam"

We parked at the Holiday Inn for a total of 10 minutes whilst we got a Starbucks with the engine running. we were not asked for a ticket by the barista and we were issued with a Ā£100 fine a few weeks later. When we posted our receipt to them it was rejected. This is a scam parking operation and we would therefore recommend that people stay well away from the Holiday Inn Darlington as well as any other Holiday Inn, very disappointed.
