Location and facilities

I was woken at 12.34 , 1.38, 2.15 but guests fighting and banging on doors outside my room. I actually felt quite scared. I tried ringing hotel reception from my phone but it wasn’t answered. I did feel quite scared and I left the hotel at around 6am as I couldn’t get back to sleep. Apart from that the stay was fine
