Really great hotel, lovely lobby area, bar and restaurant. Great coffee dock for people watching during the day. Fantastic ambience in the bar at night and staff are exceptional and very accommodating. Meals from morning breakfast to dinner service were perfect. We had a family suite, great for a family of 5, large space, very clean and everyone had great sleeps. (Kettle is dated in the room, needs to be replaced )

No music in the bar during the evening, really expecting that, especially for this time of year. ( World cup matches on, but I really felt that wasn't what most guests were interested in and some music should be a weekly event.)
