The staff was friendly since we walked into the hotel. We are always greeted with a smile.

My only problem was that when we showered water was coming up through the floor boards in the room. This was inconvenient because my toddler got all her socks wet while the rest of us showered. I didn't have another pair of socks for her since I had used the extra pair the night before because she had played with ice at Santa's Wonderland.

"Our stay was a terrible experience. I would never ever stay at this property in the future."

We were in College station to celebrate our son's Ring ceremony however our stay in this Hawthorn property turned out to be a very unfortunate experience for us

Our room had a very bad odor and stench. There was a blood stained towel in the room. We were told that a Guest Relations officer would call us but we have not received any.

Location was good. Close to everything we needed.

I didn't like the sink outside of the bathroom, there's no mirrors in the bathroom. It was to hot and couldn't get the room to cool down even with the AC at 64. I didn't like that the TVs didn't have an option to stream anything. The bed sheet at a rip in it and so did one of the towels. Room service never came to clean the room when we were out all day on Saturday. Breakfast was just ok.
