Cleanliness, services were poor like no hot water, they stopped breakfast at 8 am which was supposed to be till 9 am

Cigrette smell all over. Back door. No security. Open to everyone. Card reader does not work. Below standard breakfast. Room was at least better with stsins on pillows. Very heavy buisiness oriented. 1 hour early checking $30. 2 hour $50. Late checking $30. Dont feel welcome. You wake up at 8 and start getting emails for " Time to check out" $160 / half day almost not worth it.

Buisness like attitude on everthing. Below standard breakfast. Smoke smell all over

"Dirty and overpriced"

Location was close to everything.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at the hotel in College Station, TX (1010 University Drive East). We arrived at 3:30 PM, thirty minutes after check-in, and found a long line with only one staff member working. Rooms were not ready. When we finally checked in, the room had dirty towels, a filthy toilet and shower, and possibly unwashed sheets. We were moved, but the new room wasn’t ready either. We missed our reservations and party. For $500 a night, this is unacceptable. I’ll be sharing this experience with everyone who travels here for games and work.

There soap dispenser in the bath was out of soap and the bar of soap was open with hair on it. There was empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom. The TV was stuck on one channel and one of the washcloths was stained. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
