Step going into the bedroom very dangerous as u step into the bedroom thé step is there if u didn’t read the warning on the bedroom door

The bed was so comfortable and the location was good.

The room was extremely clean and tidy. To be honest I didn't expect much for the money I paid, and on the outside the hotel does not look much. BUT inside is really cosy, a bit old fashioned but in good way, and rooms well decorated and maintained. Reception staff very welcoming and friendly.

There was no one around the breakfast area to help us. There were no eggs left and the bacon had dried out

The room was very noisy and we could not get a good night’s sleep. I would have loved to give this feedback when checking out but was not given the opportunity to do that as the check in lady kept us waiting and then just collected the keys with no questions asked

The stuff members were and Charlie was exceptionally helpful.

The room was cold, and the heating was broken.The bathroom wasn't clean.
