Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Shower v good.

Staff were having a bad IT day... appeared disorganised.

The beds were uncomfortable, dipping to one side. We could hear excessive noise from other rooms, someone’s tv was playing that loud we was unable to hear our own. This is of course the other guests fault however the walls are that thin we could hear someone snoring and using the bathroom. We could actually hear someone urinating!! The rooms could be cleaner. Wouldn’t stay again.

I've lived just 200 years away from this place for over 40 years and never been in. I was pleasantly surprised with the value and service. For the price you have nothing to fault with it.

You can see it needs some care but unless you get more people into a premises it will always be hard to spend money.

Good location, good parking and nice staff

Mattress was very uncomfortable and had backache in the morning. The room was uncomfortably warm, the window didn't open that far and no fan in the room. The shower didn't work and the room was quite dated. Other than the bedding the room was quite dirty, walls were also quite thin so could hear the neighbours easily.

Thin walls. Heard everything from adjacent rooms. Didn’t get any sleep. As a lone female visitor, I did not feel safe. Don’t waste your time or money.

The staff on the desk were lovely

I didn’t like the beds they were uncomfortable the room was grubby and they put us in a room full of druggys that didn’t sleep at all and they were banging on my door at 10 the next morning . Hence why I didn’t stay on the Saturday night we left and went home it wasn’t on at all.
