Westone Manor Hotel

Was very bad experience as the staff are not qualified to solve problems I wake up like crazy due to a very loud noise Maintenance at 10 am and when I spoke to the representative lady she was irresponsible at all even after I showed her a video. It's a dirty room and I done recommend it.

Awful I never see smoke in bathroom drawer not very clean and problem with shower pump can’t turn on called up guy fitting when I done shower I can’t turn shower off diffulty tight taps I leave it leak in bath tube

Smoke in bathroom drawer I feel awful discomfort with that hotel

The shower pressure was awful, barely had any water coming out of it. The bathroom smelt like sewage as well. Some other guests were being really loud around 3/4am and were outside the hotel shouting and swearing, it woke us up and it took us ages to get back to sleep. Nobody from the hotel staff went outside to ask them to be quiet or tell them to move away from the premises.

I didn't have breakfast because I woke up late.

It was not warm enough as if there was no heating in their lounge..

Was sitting in the garden after we had to walk through the car park to too it. Had to walk all day from garden to get a drink At night when it got dark there was no lighting to see where you was walking to exit the garden.

Easy to fine and nice quiet location Room was good and great hot water

No lift and bit of a dusky smell in the corridors but overall great value for money
