Under reconstruction. That was nit mentioned when I made the reservation.

The only good thing about this hotel is the ocean view. The staff (checkin, cleaning crew, and maintenance) were great but the manager leaves alot to be desired. Despite booking a room with a kitchen, none were available and the manager wouldn't take responsibility instead blaming Hotels.com/Expedia for the mistake. The hotel is under renovation but they are nowhere near finished so be prepared for alot of noise by 8am. If you really want to enjoy your vacation, stay somewhere else. There are alot of choices along the shore.

Scary as hell!! Would not stay there!! Had to stay somewhere else!! Looked unsafe and under construction!! Did not know when booked room!!!

Being remodeled. Paint chips on floor in room and hallways. 70s style bathroom. TV remote didnt completely control TV functions. Tiny bath tub. Room lights too dim. Said ocean view but instead partial ocean view. Breakfast was okay.

Great location and value!

Staff at check inn was great but the room was in bad conditions. First at all the AC was not working at all, maintenance came to the room three times and I was there so not very comfortable (they should have change me of room). I pay for ocean view but in reality was not that (half of it was parking the other half a palm tree that it was just in front of my balcony). The door of the balcony I could barely open it, it was very hard and in a moment did not open at all so I stop trying. The hotel was in construction I understand that but at least they should warn you or low a little the prices. Breakfast was very poor and the person who was in charge of the breakfast very rude, you can tell that was not very happy there, trowing away things in a bad mood (maybe was not a good day at all, I don’t know). The room was clean. For $15 more I could have stay in Holiday Inn which are way better but I wanted to give it a try to this one, not worthy at all. I hope in the future they get better but not staying there again.

The room was dirty the people in the room next to us was loud slamming doors and smoking pot you could smell it through the room

I understand they had work going on but waking up to Jack hammers at 730am is more than a lil

The property is remodeling now, and someyhing are not ready yet
