My stay was great as well as the accommodations although, it would of been great if they didn’t start working on renovations at 8am

DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to enjoy your vacation, This place is beyond nasty!!!! They are also under heavy construction that will wake you up every morning. This place look like a crack motel and run down. They do not clean the rooms, hair on floor, in bed in shower, stained sheets that clearly has not been changed, mold in bathrooms, fixtures falling off, nasty dirty stove and freezer. They will not refund any money so don’t make the mistake and ruin your vacation, STAY AWAY!!!

Beds,pillows,hotel condition ....... no good! Location, good. Beach, really good and clean. Good pool. Good breakfast. Great staff. Room size really good and beach view amazing. Cleaning..... horrible. Hotel needs a lot of renovation and tlc.

Did not like this property at all,pictures on line did not look like anything the property really was!When I booked it online it was suppose to be ocean front and when I got there it was pool front

Horrible experience the hotel is under renovations hardly any parking. Plus our room had fleas and ticks my children and I were bitten. I asked housekeeping to change the sheets the only thing they did was change the towels. Still waiting on my refund.

The trip was nice except for some details like the pool was very dark because the lights didn't work, and the doors were hard to open and close, and the balcony didn't have lights or curtains.The parking was small too.The ocean was was completely different, it was the best beach i had ever been to.It was very shallow, the waves were very nice and relaxing, and there was rarely any kind of animals.The beds were nice, but the room was kind of small.I think most of the bad stuff was because of the remodeling going on.The service desk was kind, breakfast was fine,

Thé hôtel was on rénovation we didn’t Know about it. We didn’t havé no wardrobe in thé room.

It was overall terrible. Terrible service. It was dirty and smelly. The beds, sheets was and floors were dirty. I was disappointed. The breakfast was terrible. They were preparing sausage and eggs in the microwave. That not being terrible enough, the building is under construction and we were not notified about the inconvenience.

Gave me the total wrong bed type staff was not friendly or interactive at all other then the front desk
