RUSHHH Daytona Beach, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The room service was terrible . I don't advice anyone who has any medical conditions to go because only one elevator is available, but it doesn't work..you have to go up the stairs. Also the lady receptionist at night time is absolutely rude and hateful. None of the vending machines work either. The hotel is also under construction right now. I told the room service staff about them not cleaning or making my bed the first time and she began to raise her voice as I was speaking softly and nicely. The room key also had to be changed like 5 times and at one point the whole door knob. Dogs have no place to use the restroom either. I have never wrote a review before but I advice people to not reserve this hotel as you will be highly dissapointed . Everything is just dirty and it isn't worth your money. I wish I would of known all this beforehand.

Currently being renovated to a Hilton... staff at front desk are phenomenal, courteous & & attentive to my family We had stayed the previous night at the Best Western Plus Daytona & we moved hotels due to the clientele & sketchiness of the area... Hotel was a little run down but the view, staff & location made up for it :)

The staff during the night shift was extremely rude. I came to the front to ask for more cups and the lady at the front threw them in the counter. Not sure why work in a field were the customer service skills are essential and she definitely did not have any . Although the hotel is under construction, the part of the hotel we stayed at wasn’t and there were many broken stairs. It was very scary to stay there. Not to mention the food, some was over cooked and the rest was raw. My family and I will never come here again.

It was run down out of date, the room's didn't look like the pic, if i would have known would have never book their.

The location of this property is ideal. Almost every direction you look you can see the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were quality.

The property is in really bad shape. The carpet in the room was dirty and dingy. The smell in the room was very bad also. The ceiling outside on the balcony had severe water damage and was down to the steel bars in the concrete showing. The ceiling in the bathroom over the toilet started leaking water. When they “fixed” it they put a wash cloth in the hole and covered it with duct tape. The duct tape fell off leaving the hole and wash cloth exposed.

Nothing to write home about. Just somewhere to sleep for the night

The hotel is under construction and very noisy. The pool is very nice and close to the ocean

Loved ocean view. Was displeased with check in. Didn’t notify couldn’t have vehicle with trailer behind it. Refused to check me in until I found some other place to park.

The building outside made me want to change my mind under construction, lobby bathroom horrible. Hallway had water on ground sip hazard. The room wasn’t bad cleaner in room versus everything else with the exception of noodles under bed on floor from previous person. Very overpriced for wheat I got. Breakfast need improvement. When checking in staff was fast and nice but she didn’t inform me that breakfast was still available I had to call to make sure. There was a gnats hanging around room door and couple got in the room.
