The hotel was not clean. The options for breakfast were minimal. Would not recommend.

Balcony view to the beach was amazing. No problems. Friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating.

The location was awesome! Good free breakfast. Only negative was the AC in the room did not cool enough, it says cooling to 60 but the room feels like 76. And the internet was so slow and it kept going in and out.

This is our second time staying at the Daytona Beach Shores Hotel. The room set up works out perfectly for me and my two kids, with two queen beds and one king bed. Of course the hotel is dated but has always been super clean. I only had two complaints this year. I wish that I would've known ahead of time that they were renovating the property. One thing that made the trip easier was the fact that they had on site laundry. Well that was gone this year due to renovations. We would've brought way more clothes if we had known. The second thing is the resort fee ??????? Could someone tell me what the hell this is??? I wasn't charged this last year at the same hotel????? Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

This property was hazardous as they were doing construction with no caution tape and guests had to walk through hallways with broken debris and nails and other sharp dangerous equipment. All amenities such as washer and dryer were broken or missing. There was one working elevator that the construction workers were sharing to bring equipment up and down so it took 20 minutes just to get on sometimes. Location was good- but otherwise it was just a basic room with poor conditions.

Hotel isn’t very nice, but if you’re here to party this is perfect.

The stay overall was good. Comfy beds, good view, the only downside was that our fridge didn’t work and we didn’t realize that until we noticed our fruit and everything was spoiled. We didnt complain because we didn’t think it would be fixed so we just dealt with it. Overall good stay though, I would come back.
