The fact we couldnt get our room cleaned in the 3 days we were there. We were not told we had to call to have it cleaned. When we did we found out after the 2nd day that they only cleaning staying guest rooms between 3pm and 11pm. So i guess they expect people to not go to bed before 11pm if they have kids. Our trash was overflowing. I couldnt take a shower with a fresh towel after using it multiple times during my stay. Stayed there many times and never heard of this rule. Nor explained when I asked for my room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was rude also didnt care that I called. Later to find out that it wasnt even registered that I booked a room cleaning. Had to call the front desk after housekeeping to find out. Rent a cop for the new movie night were very strict. Made us walk all the around to get to our tower. Movie was not not successful. Started late. No one wanted to sit on the hard ground.

I like the location, and the rates.

There is no fridge in the room, and I was placed on the 2nd floor.

I was told I wasn’t given a refrigerator because I booked through booking.com . The ice machines were broke on most floors
