"Not worth the money spent"

Locations convenient

Not enough elevators to access the rooms the lines were way to long to use them. The staff at the front shared the incorrect hours for pool and arcade and the close way to early. They also make you pay for the full amount when you arrive even when you book and pay online and then say one of them it’s just a hold and will be reimbursed in 7-10 days which means you gotta be prepared to pay twice for the room and wait at least 7 days to get reimbursed.

"The casino is clean, the restaurants are fine, but everything closed too early when you are hungry."

Availability, pricing and friendly staff

The hotel accommodations have declined since my last visit. The furnishing are beginning to look very used and the rooms are clean, but sparse.

"Uncomfortable room"

The location and the casino were nice as well as the staff.

The room was terrible and way overpriced. Our room was supposed to be "river view". What we were given was a view of the parking garage. The TV was small, no refrigerator. It was supposed to have a sitting area. It had one uncomfortable chair. The shower would not shut off but they did at least fix that. No blanket and only 3 flat and still pillows. Room hadn't been remodeled since the early 80's.
