Room looked tired

Room was not what we were expecting. Hotel could use new carpets new bed covers, bathrooms need updating

Clean, comfortable beds. Terrible in room coffee!!

The hotel staff during the day was good cleaning the room . I was disappointed the first night : when we checked in it was not a remote control in the room when I called the front desk : I was total that a remote had to be found I would need to come get it . Which is unacceptable for any one especially a Senior as we are . Also: the contenieal breakfast was horrible a loaf of bread on the counter no fruit not an inviting presentation you would expect from A WYNDOM HOTEL BRANCH. We stayed at this hotel during the summer and of course I expected the same service especially during the holidays. Needless to say that it was not a good experience for my three day stay: we never got a decent breakfast every morning it looked like the same loaf of bread no other breakfast items but waffle iron and mix. HORRIBLE .

Very friendly staff. I picked this hotel because the location was consentient to my plans, and it had a 24 hour fitness facility advertised. But the fitness facility was closed. The room smelled like dog, and the property was worn down and very dated.

What a dump! Over sold their rooms so even your reservation wasn’t honored. Worker barely could understand. People hanging out side watching every move you make. Like a gang out. Stay away

Front office not so welcoming. Room was dirty. I was in the area for 2 weeks with business and this was the worst place I stayed... Would not stay again or recommend.

There was still hurricane damage everywhere with hotel filled with repairmen for electricity, etc so cannot give a fair assessment.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is a dump with roaches in the refrigerator.
