"Pretty lobby and room but leaky and poorly made shower, untrained staff, no room service and inconvent parking."

The hotel lobby was really pretty, and some of the features of the suite were nice. The main shower leaked and flooded the bathroom every time we showered. The check in lady made mistakes at check in, and was very frazzled. She assured us the charge was just a 50 hold and wouldn't go through. All the mistake charges did, totaling over 400. We got a call when we were sleeping, after 9 pm, to come down to the lobby to fix a card issue that was caused by the lack of knowledge of check-in procedures by the front desk staff. We had to use 3 different cards for a simple hold for the room. All 3 cards were charged. There was no supervisor on duty during our Friday-Sunday stay, so nothing could be fixed. We were told the extra charges and a mistake with a late check-out charge would not go through; they were just holds. They were not, and caused banking issues. Pretty lobby but I would not stay here again.

"Such a nice stay"

We are in town to visit family and decided to stay at the Retlaw Hotel because the website looked nice and the prices were very fair. We were overly pleased with the whole stay! The rooms are decorated very nicely and up to date, beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows, and the coffee bar was fast and good. We even did massages and they were such a nice treat with Jesse. I highly recommend Hotel Retlaw😀
