"Stunning Hotel"

The Hotel Retlaw is absolutely stunning — from the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re somewhere truly special. The décor is elegant, warm, and full of character, and every space is beautifully kept. The rooms are truly one of a kind — beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of charm. I also loved the added touch of having robes in the room. The only small note is that they could use a little fabric softener to make them a bit less scratchy — but we still appreciated having them! A very special thank-you to Rebecca, who took such wonderful care of us during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made our visit feel extra special in ways we truly appreciated. We are so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Hands down, the best hotel in Fond du Lac. We can’t wait to come back!

"Was there for a wedding"

Rebecca was awesome when we checked in. We were there for a wedding and all the staff were amazing. The room was clean and quiet. The only thing we found odd the the bathroom doors other wise we had a blast and the staff was amazing working on New Year’s Eve.

"I’d stay there again."

Downtown. Beautifully decorated lobby for Christmas. Friendly staff. Loved the Wisconsin boutique.

Short staffed. Coffee shop closed when it was 5 above zero. Restaurant rarely open.

"Floor 7 is haunted"

Very beautiful hotel, but this morning we had the remote go flying across the room… No way I could’ve done it. I was looking at my husband cuddling my pillow he was playing on his phone and on the opposite side of the room that damn remote went fine. You should let your guest know that their floor level is haunted lol
