I required a ground floor room. I wrote the property twice, one through your website and once directly. No reply. It was too late to cancel. I booked a property from Hotels.com that actually communicated with me.

Horrible communication. non existent.

They wanted a 500.00 deposit and they said that I had to pay for the room again after I already paid . You should take them off your list.
