Pine Lake Resort and Banquets

When you have to pick up a phone to call a clerk to check you in by default things are bad. The shower has smudges in it before we showed up. The poool was murky and still. The pool area is under construction. The “lounge area” was an old putt putt course that still has the cups in the ground. They’re insanely lucky no one has broken an ankle. There were bats literal bats flying around the ceiling in the lounge area. I do not recommend this hotel.

Had a blast, pool sauna and steam room were a huge hit with my kids. Staff were helpful and friendly. Entire stay felt like a neighborhood bbq lol. Oh a the deal we got for a holiday weekend was unbelievable.

The hotel was ok for the price point. Floor of room was dirty and so was the shower. At least on of the elevators was down every day but there was no signage on the floors letting guests know.

Hot tub was out of order, the steam room and sauna were also out of order. The trash in public areas was overflowing. The pool was cold. There is a massive bug infestation. Roaches in rooms and public areas, and some sort of biting insect at the pool. They will also give your name and room information to strangers.

It wasn't bad. It was the cheapest hotel around the area. You pay what you get. There was a bat that attacked us inside the hotel. Breakfast wasnt the greatest.

It looked so dirty, dingy, and unsafe, we didn’t even check in.

This was a old Hotel they are rehabbing and it is nice the Hot tub was down but everything else was good clean room comfortable bed

Very clean. Very quiet.

I did not like the fact that I had booked 2 separate rooms and when we left we left do not disturb signs on the door handle of each room. When I returned I noticed that the trash had been removed and the bed was half made so it was late we went to sleep next morning I went for coffee and to check out the breakfast that consisted of microwave eggs and sausage so I decided to pass . Got to my room and my Wife asked if had packed toiletry item I said no . We looked around couldn't find.So our friend that stayed in another room around the corner came in and heard me and said that she too had put up a do not disturb sign and they had went into her room also. Now I hot and go down to the desk and asked if I put the sign on the outside of the door. From this point on all I heard was excuses that he will check with the with management and staff so we just left at this point.Here are some pictures .
