Ramada by Wyndham Hendersonville

Lets start with the purpose of our stay. we were driving down to georgia and just needed a place to sleep. the expectations was a clean place that was right off the highway. the best part was the location. it was perfectly off the highway. and we could hop right back onto our road trip. The bed was comfortable

I honestly don't usually speak on our interaction with the staff but it was quite poor. they were not rude or mean just barely talked...We arrived at 10pm on Friday. when we got to the front desk there was no one there. No sign saying they were coming back or anything. we waited about 10 minutes before someone came. no apologies for the wait or anything. barely talked to us as they checked in. did't confirm how long we were staying, didn't tell us when breakfast was served in the morning, didn't even tell us how to get to our room and just gave us the key card. I had to ask how to get to our room. Once we got to our room, it was dark, one of the lights didn't work. there was a broken floor board, didn't look like it was vacuumed, saw some hair on the floor. Breakfast was probably the worst thing I've ever ate. the eggs were rubber, the sausage was like frisbee. I would not recommend eating their breakfast.

The location was perfect. It was a close drive into Hendersonville and to shopping and the apple orchards. The room was clean and comfortable.

I think not having complimentary breakfast bar would have been better than the disappointment on the offerings, no milk available, no water for instant oats, no fruit, and eggs were dry and scarce and it was early. Everyone came down and did what I did, frowned and walked away.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Rosa does an excellent job. Refrigerator has an ice block on back wall so I reported it to the Front Desk but my items stayed cool in the refrig.

The toilet roll holder in the bathroom (Rm 128) was jiggling around in its hole -- was popping in & out when one pull toilet paper off the roll. It need to be made stationary. It doesn't jiggle if there is a new roll holding it down. But one, you pull the new roll out to use it, it starts jiggling again.
