I didn't feel like it was a safe location

Location was great. Close to everywhere I needed to go while in Hendersonville.

I booked the Deluxe Suite which was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub. I get to my room and it looked like someone was already staying in there. Staff did not check to see if room was clean. Staff downgraded the room and would expect the difference in cost. I got a room with more problems. Since I was there for one night, I just said I’ll take it since the other option was to leave the property for another hotel in the area. Told the checkout person in the morning about what happened was promised a discount on top of the difference and got neither. Booking.com said they couldn’t take my issue any further because the property will not communicate with them.

Back door code often didn't work. Whole lobby full of obviously 'family' all night. Had requested an accessible room close to exit as I'm handicap traveling with a dog but it was quite a distance especially considering the back door code only processed to open twice of the probably 10 times I attempted it.

Small but ample parking

Only two doors to access the building, one staircase and one elevator. Sidewalks are blocked by massive concrete shrubs making it difficult to walk on the sidewalk with luggage. The air vent in the bathroom kept falling out of the wall making it hard to sleep, usb ports in the lights did not work, saw a few bugs in our room and in hallways, Zero hot water, it was luke warm at best no matter how long you let it run to “warm up”. No tub drain and when we asked to move rooms they said there were no rooms available, even tho the parking lot was completely empty and handed us a tub stopper half-ass wrapped in a plastic baggy.
