"Dirty, buggy, not well maintained!"

About the only thing I didn't mind was the Breakfast!

Dirty dirty dirty! I had dead bugs all over my room! Maybe a pill on the floor but I wasn't willing to investigate. Thankfully bed had no bugs! I don't think they vacuum. There was a gross plunger in the hallway the whole time I was there. Obvious food crumbs from breakfast at 5pm in that area. I do understand staffing is low everywhere I just wish things would have been cleaned up.

"Horrible, rude front deskman! Room unkempt"

I checked out!

The man who checked us in was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Obnoxious would be putting it mildly. Unfortunately, I made my reservation through booking.com. We asked for the 1st floor, and we were placed on the second only to find out later by housekeeping over half the first floor was empty. We requested a king-sized bed and charged for such but received a queen. I was so tired and had such an unpleasant experience just checking in that we just went straight to bed so we could get up early and leave! I am a 100% disabled Vet and was treated like an unwanted vagrant by the desk guy. The room was cheaply put together, and no bed spread. Sheets were old and frayed, the carpet was worn and needed vacuuming, and bedside night stands were dusty! Run, do not stay here unless you want to pay to be treated like crap in a mediocre unclean room! The saving grace, the bathroom was clean, the only clean room!!!

Bed were comfortable.

The front desk staff was very rude. When I reported that the light over our sink was out, the gentleman working Wed night, April 22nd, acted mad as if I broke the light. He did bring a lamp up, but slammed it down in anger. The next morning, the 23rd, the front desk woman working when I reported the toilet had run all night. That was fixed. There was never anyone at the front desk. I have stayed at the Comfort Inn on several occasions during the quilt show. It will be my last!
