Comfort Inn Paducah I-24

Hotel was clean overall. Immediately walking in there was a very strong odor from air or carpet deodorizers, i assume. It made it difficult to take a good breath, (I have asthma). No towels in the pool room, had to wait for someone at the desk and get some. Breakfast was okay but ran out on some items, had to go to the desk. Needs to have a few more trashbags in the room for guest staying more than one night.

One light was out, another bulb was missing; the in-room coffee pot was broken and the coffee machine at breakfast was broken; the soap holders were dirty; the bathroom sink faucet was loose; the carpets were dirty. There is a general air of neglect about the property.

This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I believe they should shut down for repairs and maintenance work before accepting more guests… they were out of most things. The breakfast sausage and eggs were undercooked.. all the juice was just murky water. Coffee was out of order. Most importantly our ac wasn’t working and it was very hot… the shower only had cold water. The pool was very filthy with trash all over. When I talked to staff I got brushed off and told everyone is having problems…

The property is starting to show its age. Needs to be renovated. Convenient to downtown.

Room was spacious, very humid and smelled damp/musty, had to wait for a while to check in no one at the counter. Next morning when we came to the buffet a 6:30am, it had been wiped out and nothing was being replaced. on our leaving, it appeared someone was beginning to clean and rebuffet.fill the

Some of the staff had a bad attitude. Ice machine never had ice. Drink machine been broke for over a month when I was there in June.

I stayed for 6 nights. I did not care for having to call a number in order to get help at the reception desk. I hung a request form on the outside of my door for trash pickup on day 3, and I also had a light out over the sink. The form was ignored. I placed the request form on the reception desk the next day and it was ignored. I had to empty my own trash in a bin outside the hotel. The vending machine was out of order. The decaf coffee machine out of order in the lobby. No housekeeping visit for over 5 days. On the positive side, the A/C was robust, the hallways smelled very nice, and the hotel was quiet. Overall, I will not stay at this hotel again.

We stayed one night - checked in front desk girl was efficient and nice. She’s the ONLY one employee that we saw. Our room was on the first floor and it felt like everything had a slight mist on it the air was SO damp. We found mold and what looked to be painted over mold on our bathroom ceiling and hallway ceiling.

Breakfast was good, but 30 minutes before ending was out of waffle mix. Coffee was bad

Breakfast thermostat was set at 80 degrees. Shows no concern for guest comfort. Coffee was horrible.
