Metro Points Hotel

The lobby was clean and staff was friendly, but the. hotel room could use an upgrade. Our room had many carpet stains, the bed had a visible dip in the center, the bathroom water smelled of rotten eggs and there was rust around the shower doors and fixtures.

Room 510, the mattress on the bed closest to the door was TERRIBLY UNACCEPTABLE. I did not get any sleep on the first night. The mattress had a dip in the middle and I could feel the springs straight to my spine and upper shoulders. Terrible night. I had to share a SINGLE bed with my sister because of this terrible mattress. Also, our room was not cleaned the second day. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Checkin was rough. Male at checkin was rude. Mold is on the ceiling, shower leaks at faucet. Feels like we were put in a room that is under construction . We were assigned room #307. Metro Point, Carrolton, MD.

The rooms are very dated. The lobby is its best attraction. From the key cards that doesn’t work, dated furniture to the tv and doesn’t have a clear picture. I would never be a wheelchair from here again.

The room had visible mold on the ceiling, the refrigerator did not work and the tub liner was peeling. In addition, the desk was dirty and there was a noticeable odor. The staff did their best and I was able to get a refund but this place should not be used when in the area especially if they have health concerns.
