Couldn't adjust A/C, no coffee maker, breakfast area was nasty, pool wasn't open and the host had to change our room because original wasn't clean.

"It wasn’t a good stay that’s all I can say!!!!"

The girl at the front desk was very helpful even with all the issues we had. She couldn’t find my reservation but put us in rooms anyways bc it was late and we were very tired.

I didn’t like the fact that the rooms were dirty and bed wasn’t made so we slept in the bed that was made.

Close to the area I needed to be in

All lights had lots of visible rust on them. Caulking repair in shower looked to be done by a blind person. Gaps in the caulk and water damage around the shower. The free breakfast was unacceptable due to spills and trash everywhere. Told the lady behind the desk about the area being disgusting, and she was not interested in it. Asked for more towels, and was told they would have to wash mine and bring them back and never did. Not enough towels in a hotel shows how cheap they are. Do not recommend at all!!
