Beds were comfortable

Employee was telling the other employee that she was doing everything wrong in a belittling manner. In front of me. We did not get the king size bed we paid for. We were woken up by a man trying to get in our room, then him and a employee trying to get in. The man said it was his room and wanted his stuff out of refrigerator. In the morning my husband went to get coffee, the waffle batter didn't work. The key wouldn't work when he got back to the room.

The kitchen was not cleaned, i saw a roach on the counter. That hold area was not maintained.

There was a roach on the chair in my room and the door has to much space for crawling things to come in. The women at the front was trying hard to do everything, replenishing the breakfast and handle the complaints question. I witness her speaking with the owner about the customer complaint and getting in a shouting match. I believe that sometime an owner should be a bit more hands on, to able to see so concerns first hand. I have worked retail before, but that was too much for one person to handle. This property is a poor representation of Wyndham.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was very clean inside the room. I will book again.

The coffee maker didn't work didn't have towels and wash cloths there when they said room was ready

Convenient for our trip

Room smelled horrible, dirty bathroom, tv didn’t work, fridge not plugged in, did mobile check in and front desk didn’t know that was a thing so had to check in again and she wasn’t knowledge of process.
