I like the tv

I don't like how my room is on the other side of the earth compared to the main enterance. I hate that the parking is $30. And how I have to keep going up and down an elevator to get all my stuff.

El cambio de habitación después d tres intento

Tres veces pedí cambio de habitación, la primera olía a cigarrillo, la segunda también a cigarrillo, la tercera estaba sucia, la cuarta ya estaba limpia 🙏🏼

I arrived and the lobby was weird not what any hotel lobby looks like. At first impressions it looked like they got robbed frequently. They had a note that stated all rooms are non-smoking. When I got into my assigned room it smelled like an ashtray. When I called the front desk to report it, I was told that even though they weren't, they couldn't stop anyone from smoking. The janitor we encountered on arrival was walking with cleaning cart and lighting a cigarette. The room was not clean and the toilet was crooked and the water in tank constantly running. We arrived around 6:30 pm and left at 3:30 am because the cigarette smell was making me sick and I was traveling with my son and a toddler.

They didn't offer a different room by the looks of it they allowed smoking in every room. Manager was dressed in clothing that appeared more like pajamas and very unwelcoming.

Nothing.

This area is highly unsafe and i was awoken twice during the night to someone knocking at my door and turning the handle attempting to get in

Parking

When I got there, none of the rooms with king beds, which I had paid for, were available. One of the employees' cars was obstructing the entrance carport. Staff was not performing up to par and had made a mistake with my key card. Additionally, it was evident that some of the residents, who were most likely receiving township subsidies, exhibited addictive behaviors, such as wandering the motel at four in the morning without shoes and only wearing socks and looking all around for who knows what. The loud people who were coming and going from the room next door and had knocked on my door at 10pm (I never answered) had gone by the time I left at four in the morning. The rooms were clean but in disrepair and worn-looking. My stay was an uncomfortable experience.
