Clean room and friendly staff

Property is in bad condition with construction on first floor that makes it almost impossible to find the entry. The entry is small with areas that look like a war zone. Some rooms have numbers in them constructed out of paper while others have no numbers at all. The area used for breakfast is terrible. You would nor want to eat rhere because it looks unclean. Not the place to stay

Great location, under major construction.

THIS IS A SCAM HOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It will most likely be the worst hotel you have ever stayed in. DO NO STAY HERE. It is tempting due to it being the only hotel near downtown Salisbury, but I would happily pay for as many Ubers as I need to stay anywhere else. It is an active construction zone. There is not a lobby; it is a dingy smelly hallway with construction materials scattered everywhere. There are no amenities. No pool, gym, laundry, anything. It's all closed. The elevator is covered in graffiti and is very slow and rickety. It feels like you are staying in an abandoned building. The room I stayed in was infested with ants. I left some trash from my dinner on the table and in the morning, it was swarmed with literally hundreds of ants. The rooms and hallways smell very bad. I truly would have preferred to stay in a tent somewhere. It isn't just an awful hotel, this is a true scam. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff was very nice. The room was nice and clean.

The website detailed out an indoor pool would be available as well as snack machines/deli in the hotel. Neither of this was available and there was not a single comment that the hotel was under construction.

Sheets were dirty .

We were not able to locate the entrance and had to ask some men hanging out in the vicinity. I didn't like the outside designated parking area. It was dark and scary. The room was clean and beautifully done.

I would not have booked had I known the hotel was undergoing renovations with no restaurant or bar available. Room was nice and big but smoke alarm kept beeping for a few minutes every 10 minutes starting at 930am.
