Everything was wonderful, except for the renovation couldn't go to front door of building and it was a rainy day and had to walk Round to back of building parking was full on the side other then that everything was great

Didn't like not having to walk to back of the hotel to get in. Was a rainy day had to park in front because renovation

"Stay away until it is a double tree"

This place has all the boxes of a terrible business - an active construction zone because they stayed open DURING renovations, a stop work order on the construction zone from the city that they ignored, understaffed cleaning crew so it takes 1.5 hours to check in, broken amenities like a pool, breakfast just in some random hotel room on the second floor - I could go on. This place is a terrible value for the money and I cannot wait until it is a double tree so Hilton can run a functional business. The staff really were great though and were trying their best despite Wyndham; Crystal and April especially were great
