Cleaniness.

Staff changed me before icould get there. I was talking to booking .com to get my military discount before I checked in. Jonny D charged my card before I could check in. Over charging me by 31 dollars. Talked to manager. Said to callhim to get it corrected.

I was in this room for 2 days and had no TV the whole time I checked into relax and watch TV. I asked them to fix it and they did not and then they basically told me I had to leave my room on day two if I wanted to stay but they didn't want to give me a free room for not having TV for 2 days like who the hell gets a hotel room and then doesn't have a TV so they didn't credit me and they told me the only way they would credit me is if I stayed one more night I asked them to credit me for a future stay and they refused I am very disappointed with La Quinta right now and I like to stay there all the time but until this matter is solved I will not spend any more money I spent $380 at dinner and then two nights at 110 I believe and did not get the proper service did not get my TV fixed and was actually pushed out of the hotel room very rudely because they said their maintenance man was coming to fix the TV but they made this man was on vacation that was never coming so then they made me leave faster. I wish that they would give me a free stay for my disappointance day that's what should happen

"beautiful renovations but won’t be worth it , if roaches and bugs get worse"

the new renovations in lobby area are beautiful

- roaches on tables for continental breakfast - tv keeps static-ing out , going fuzzy every 10 mins - ants on floor - when plugging stuff in , plugs spark real bad
