Breakfast- I am very concerned with what I observed

Person handling breakfast dropped the utensil on the floor; picked it up placed it on the table & stirred the food with it; same black gloves were used the entire time she cleaned; same gloves used to pick items up off the floor was the same gloves used to stir the food; she touched a variety things with the same gloves; she used the inside of the trash can to bang a piece of equipment; very disheartening
